This autumn, Aetas Partners is proud to support Help4Ukraine in hosting the Black Tie May Fair Gala Dinner—an evening dedicated to raising vital funds for ambulances and medical aid in Ukraine.

Taking place in the magnificent Crystal Room at The May Fair Hotel, this exclusive event will bring together donors, diplomats, frontline heroes, and changemakers for a night of inspiration and generosity.

A Venue of Generosity

We extend heartfelt thanks to The May Fair Hotel, who have shown remarkable kindness in opening the doors of their five-star venue in support of this cause. Their generosity ensures that every pound raised on the night goes directly to those who need it most.

A Night of Powerful Stories

The evening will feature short films, images, and first-hand accounts showcasing the incredible impact Help4Ukraine has made over the last three years. Guests will also hear directly from those who have served on the front line and supported missions, including:

A retired Army Chaplain, who worked to evacuate civilians near the front line and supported the Army Medical Corps in caring for the wounded.

A Journalist, recently returned from Eastern Ukraine, who has been embedded with aid teams and will share the voices of those living through the conflict.

An Expert in Munitions, who will shed light on the realities of life in the world’s most mined country.

Attendees will also have the chance to meet some of the dedicated drivers who have personally delivered ambulances and aid directly to Ukrainian communities.
