As the Founder and Managing Director of Aetas Partners, I bring over 20 years of dedicated experience in financial services. I am committed to empowering clients and partners through strategic, client-focused approaches in estate planning, tax-efficient wealth structuring, and private office services.

I began my career as a financial adviser before transitioning into asset management, where I developed a specialisation in tax-advantaged products, including venture capital trusts, enterprise investment schemes, and inheritance tax solutions designed to optimise tax efficiency through Business Relief. With a passion for building strategic partnerships within the private client ecosystem, I focus on delivering comprehensive solutions that address every aspect of clients’ financial and personal aspirations.

Before founding Aetas, I was a Director of an asset management firm that specialised in inheritance tax planning, where I pioneered an award-winning, collaborative service uniting advisers from multiple disciplines to help families manage inheritance tax effectively.
Outside of work, I have travelled extensively across Asia. In 2007, I took a six-month career break to volunteer in Nepal, where I taught English at a local orphanage and school.
