David is the founder of Liddle Perrett and it his vision and energy that drives the company forward. David has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years and is driven by his passion for helping clients to achieve their property dreams. He has a long track record in providing advice to clients. At the start of his career, he qualified as a financial advisor, and for the next decade provided holistic financial planning and advice to individuals, families and small business owners predominantly in the television and media industries.
It was at this time that he developed his passion and expertise in providing specialist advice for those seeking to purchase and invest in property. This has grown to such an extent that today his team provides a full suite of mortgage solutions to clients throughout the UK, including: purchase and refinance, buy to let mortgages, bridging finance and associated protection solutions.
In his spare time David is an adventure sports enthusiast. He is a qualified paraglider and regularly participates in ultra marathons, rock climbing and open water swimming. He is passionate about giving back to the community and is actively involved in Scouts at a local, county and national level where he empowers young people with skills for life to make a positive contribution to the world.
